When this emerges, it may mean the following:
- The Japanese ID number or email address is already registered.
- Information submitted is inconsistent with information on the Japanese ID (i.e. name)
- Captured image of Japanese ID is unclear
- Defaced/cracked Japanese ID card lead to fail in account verification
Solution:
- Let the customer re-apply with the correct information
- If the issue persists, please ask the customer to contact customer service at support@atome.co.jp
